S D FINANCIAL SOLUTION SERVICES – ASSOCIATE/AGENT DIGITAL AGREEMENT
This Digital Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned Associate/Agent (hereinafter referred to as “Associate”) and S D Financial Solution Services (hereinafter referred to as “SDFSS”), a firm operating under the laws of India.
By agreeing to the terms below, the Associate confirms their understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with all obligations under this Agreement.
1. Zero Fee Policy
The Associate shall not charge any kind of money, application fees, registration fees, documentation fees, or any other form of payment from clients, customers, or third parties on behalf of S D Financial Solution Services.
If any such charges are discovered, the Associate will be held solely responsible, and their association with SDFSS will be terminated immediately. Legal action may also be initiated.
2. No Forged or Misleading Information
The Associate agrees not to submit or present any forged, falsified, or misleading documents or make any misrepresentations or false commitments to clients, institutions, or SDFSS.
Any such actions will be considered a breach of this Agreement and may lead to legal consequences including termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
3. Confidentiality & Data Sharing
The Associate shall maintain strict confidentiality of all information received from or related to SDFSS, its clients, and its business partners. The Associate agrees:
• Not to share, sell, or distribute client data or confidential company information.
• Not to misuse client details or company-provided resources for personal or external use.
Any unauthorized data sharing will be treated as a serious offense under applicable data protection laws.
4. Responsibility & Conduct
The Associate acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for their own conduct, behavior, and commitments made during the course of their association with SDFSS.
Any misconduct, unethical behavior, harassment, or violation of company standards will result in immediate disassociation and possible legal action.
5. Use of Own Information
The Associate confirms that all personal information, documents, and credentials submitted to SDFSS are true, authentic, and belong to them.
Falsifying identity or impersonating another individual will be grounds for legal proceedings.
6. Digital Agreement Validity
This Agreement is valid electronically and enforceable under the Information Technology Act, 2000. By clicking "I Agree," the Associate acknowledges:
• They have read and understood all the above terms and conditions.
• They voluntarily accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.
